All information collected on this web site is requested and stored on behalf of the corresponding event organizer.

The requested data is the minimum needed for the applicant's propper enrolment to the event.

By filling in and submiting the entry form, you give us the right to store and process this information on behalf of the organizers, by them personally, as well as, by the licenced scrutineers, for the sole purposes of the registration process, planning and participation in the event.

If you are submitting us entries as a team leader or club representative, you need to have the relevant agreement by all the participants on behalf of whom you are sending us their personal data. If some of the participants are minors, you need to have agreement from their legal representative, according to their country of citizenship's laws.

No personal information is stored or used after, for the pusposes of merchandizing, user profiling, tracking, etc.
